Apostle's Shichimi Togarashi is a unique take on the Japanese spice blend with roasted sesame, locally grown hemp and toasted chilli for a rich, warm and nutty base. As well as the traditional kelp, ginger and szechuan, we included native horopito for wild bushy notes as well as both orange and lime for a vibrant, zesty finish that gives a bold, nuanced, and pleasantly bitter note perfect for soups, noodles, fish, grilled meats or vegetables.
