How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, please allow 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Addy & Lou ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries soon.
Are your textiles and rugs ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize artisan partnerships and sustainable materials. Most of our textiles are OEKO-TEX certified and handcrafted by master weavers.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we are unable to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm for larger home investments.
